Why can't I see my US test results on the UK page?
On the UK site, we only save test results from tests that you've taken on one of our European Sites. Appart from Tickle UK you can also take tests in German on our localised German Site. Unfortunately we can't display the results from tests you've taken on our US site here. Please go to the "My Account" section on our US Site. Your UK test results can be found here:Test Results.
How can I get back to Tickle US?
If you have been redirected to the UK site and would like to go back to our US site, please click on this link:
http://web.tickle.com/return.jsp.
You will automatically be taken back to our US site. You also find a link back to the US site in the footer navigation on every page of the UK site.

How can I cancel my user account?
To manage or cancel your user account:
- Go to the Cancel Your Account page.
- If you are not yet signed in, you'll need to sign in and enter your password.
- Check the box "Yes, I want to cancel my account" and click on the "Cancel Account" button.
- Your account data and all test data related to your account will be deleted from our systems.
Please note that you will not be able to log in with your account data anymore. All of your tests results will be lost. Any active subscriptions will be cancelled, and all profile information and test results will be deleted. Once deleted, this information cannot be retrieved.
I lost my password. How do I get a new one?
To request a new password, go to http://uk.tickle.com/member/lostPassword.html. Then enter your user name or the email address which you used to register at Tickle. We will email you a link that will allow you to reset your password.
You must have an email address associated with your account in order to receive password help. If you do not have an email address associated with your account and you lose your password, we cannot help you access your account. Why do I need to register?
Tickle stores your test results in your personal profile so that you can come back anytime to review your test results. To do this, you create a safe, personal area of the site with your user name and password.
We also need some basic information so we can make sure that our test results are accurate. This information includes gender and age.
You can also start a competition among your friends and share your test results with them. In order to store your data you need to create an account on Tickle.
We are also asking you for your first name, so we can personalise the test results for you.

How can I view the results of the tests I've taken?
We store all your tests and test results in your personal profile. You can view them in the test results section:

Are the tests really free?
Yes! You can take all of our tests, and get your test results, for free. In addition, our Premium Tests include an option to purchase longer, more detailed personal reports for a price between £4.95 and £18.95.
Who creates the tests?
Tickle tests are created by our team of researchers and PhDs and are based on the most current and accurate research available. Our tests are exclusively available on our site.

How can I cancel my subscription?
To manage or cancel your Premium Test Membership:
- Go to the Subscriptions page: http://uk.tickle.com/member/subscriptions.html.
- If you are not yet signed in, you'll need to sign in and enter your password.
- If you have an active subscription, you'll see the renewal date and a cancellation link. Click on "cancel".
- Click on OK when you are asked "Are you sure you want to cancel this subscription?"
When a subscription is cancelled it will still be valid until the expiration date. At that point it will expire and will not renew.
Privacy
What happens to my data?
Your data is stored in on our database servers located in the U.S. Only very few people at Tickle have the technical ability to read your test data. Your individual data will never be sold or made available to anyone inside or outside of Tickle. We store answers from hundreds of thousands of tests every day and we respect the privacy of each of our users. You may, however, choose to share your test results with your friends. You will always have total control over your data.
Tickle will only make aggregate data available to third parties and on the Tickle site. For example: "The average IQ score at Tickle UK is 120.45". Your personal information will never be linked to any aggregate data. If you have any questions regarding our Privacy Policy, please write to privacy@uk.tickle.com.
Will you sell my email address or my personal data?
Please rest assured that Tickle will NEVER sell your email address and will never be involved in any kind of spam email campaigns. The only email you will ever receive from us is account related. Here's a list of emails that you may or may not receive from us:
- Confirmation email for new user registrations. We will need you to confirm your registration and your email address to ensure that no one has misused your email address. This is a standard procedure for professional web sites. Unconfirmed accounts will be deleted automatically.
- Purchase confirmation email after you made a purchase on our site
- If you subscribe to our free newsletter, you will of course receive it via email. The newsletter will mainly notify you of new tests on our site.
Lastly some tests will offer you the option to subscribe to information from third parties or request free samples or coupons. You will not be subscribed or contacted unless you actively and knowingly subscribe to those services and actively allow us to give your information to third parties. Without your express consent, your email will never be given to anyone. No third party will ever get access to your individual test data - no matter how much money they offer us.
